Amazing for the price

Cassandra hotel was great and clean. The hotel receptionist name Handra was so nice, amazing, friendly and helpful. I want to thank her.

It was good experience

Great location, especially if going to a game but the pool/ hot tub were terribly dirty the entire time we were there. The water smelled awful, had debris in it and the floors were always littered with stuff. They say it’s closed for an hour every day for cleaning but it was clear no cleaning took place. Furthermore both times we visited the pool area there were no towels- we called the front desk multiple times and were told “they would get to it when they could”… both times we left without towels (OVER 30 minutes after reaching out) . Housekeeping didn’t come once during our stay and after asking if we could just have a replenishment of coffee and 2 towels they never arrived. We have stayed here in the past but this time our experience was horrible! Very disappointed

I highly recommend Opus hotel, very comfortable rooms and well clean, bathrooms has hit floor, the staffs are very helpful and great service.
